Here is my go to 10 minute ab workout (no equipment needed!!). Do each exercise for 30 seconds and try to take as few breaks as possible. It gets hard!
- Leg lifts- try to keep your hands out from under your butt for the extra challenge.
- Straight leg toe taps
- Bicycle crunches
- Russian twists- try to reach your hands as far back and actually look over your shoulder when rotating to fully maximize this exercise.
- Flutter kicks- again try to keep hands out from under your butt.
- Scissors- ^^.
- Heel touches
- Right knee sit ups
- Left knee sit ups
- Plank
- Plank twists
- Side plank right- stacked feet gives more of a challenge (vs staggered feet) and if you want even more of a challenge lift your top arm straight into the air.
- Side plank left- ^^.
- Side plank hip dips right
- Side plank hip dips left
- Spiders
- Jack knives right
- Jack knives left
- Commandos
- Opposite arm opposite leg plank lifts

This is something you can do in your bedroom while watching TV, or make a full body workout with cardio and upper body. Enjoy!!
