My 10 Minute Ab Workout

Here is my go to 10 minute ab workout (no equipment needed!!). Do each exercise for 30 seconds and try to take as few breaks as possible. It gets hard!
  1. Leg lifts- try to keep your hands out from under your butt for the extra challenge.
  2. Straight leg toe taps
  3. Bicycle crunches
  4. Russian twists- try to reach your hands as far back and actually look over your shoulder when rotating to fully maximize this exercise.
  5. Flutter kicks- again try to keep hands out from under your butt.
  6. Scissors- ^^.
  7. Heel touches
  8. Right knee sit ups
  9. Left knee sit ups
  10. Plank
  11. Plank twists
  12. Side plank right- stacked feet gives more of a challenge (vs staggered feet) and if you want even more of a challenge lift your top arm straight into the air.
  13. Side plank left- ^^.
  14. Side plank hip dips right
  15. Side plank hip dips left
  16. Spiders
  17. Jack knives right
  18. Jack knives left
  19. Commandos
  20. Opposite arm opposite leg plank lifts

This is something you can do in your bedroom while watching TV, or make a full body workout with cardio and upper body. Enjoy!!
